Any added services requested by the client and or unexpected work rendered may increase the total cost of bill. We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment without penalty. If you have pets, please secure them in a safe area to prevent any damage or injury. We do have a 24 hour guarantee policy, which states "if you are dissatisfied with our cleaning services, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning being completed and our team will return at no additional cost to redo the areas not done up to par." We accept the following forms of payment: Personal Check, All Major Credit Cards, and Venmo @keepatxclean. Should a check be returned, a $35.00 Returned Check Fee will be added to your account plus any additional cost including legal fees associated in the recovery of funds. Any fees unpaid for  "Services Rendered" after 24 hours of job completion are subject to criminal charges being filed for "Theft of Services" with our local district attorney.
