When your construction is completed and all the debris is removed, our team of experts at The Austin Cleaning Group will clean and prepare your new space for move in and set up.

 

We make sure your new home or building is inviting, clean and comfortable. Our team understands that construction can be unpredictable, we work closely with contractors and other service technicians to help ensure your timelines and deadlines are met.

​We perform all 3 phases of Post Construction / Renovation Cleaning

Phase 1: The Rough Cleaning - Our team will come in to remove all debris, trash and dust. We make the area accesible and workable for the next stage of construction.  

 

Phase 2: The Heavy Cleaning - This phase is the most time consuming of all 3 cleanings. After the main construction on site has finished, our team will come in and perform a thorough cleaning of all surfaces, countertops, cabinets, floors, restrooms, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and windows. We will also provide additional services for the exterior, such as exterior window cleaning and pressure washing.

Phase 3: The Final/Deep Cleaning - By this point, the construction team and contractors have completed their final walkthrough and finished the project. It is time for our team to do the finishing touches. We wipe down windows, doors, mirrors, left-over smudges and clear all the dust that has settled to leave the property spotless.
