Terms of Service
1. Additional Services and Adjustments to Billing:
Any additional services requested by the client that were not included in the original booking, as well as any unexpected work required to complete the job, may result in an increase in the total cost of the bill. The client will be informed of any additional charges prior to the commencement of such services.
2. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within the 24-hour window will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule and maintain availability for all clients.
3. Pet Safety and Responsibility:
If you have pets, please ensure they are secured in a safe and appropriate area during the cleaning service to prevent any potential damage or injury. Our cleaning staff is not responsible for managing or handling pets, and we cannot be held liable for any incidents involving pets during the cleaning process.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee for all cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning performed, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. Our team will return at no additional cost to address and redo any areas that did not meet our quality standards.
5. Payment Terms and Methods:
We accept the following forms of payment: Personal Check, All Major Credit Cards, and Venmo at @keepatxclean. Deposits are REQUIRED for all new customers in the amount of $50.00 and go towards the total cost of the cleaning service. Deposits are used to secure the appointment time and protect the availability of staff.

Returned Check Fee: Should a personal check be returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason, a $35.00 Returned Check Fee will be added to your account. Additional charges may also apply, including legal fees associated with the recovery of funds.

Outstanding Payments: Any fees unpaid for "Services Rendered" after 24 hours of job completion may be subject to further action. Failure to settle the outstanding balance promptly could result in civil and criminal charges for "Theft of Services," and we reserve the right to file a claim with the local district attorney if necessary.
6. Liability and Damage Policy:
Our cleaning team is trained to handle your belongings with care. However, if any damage occurs during the service, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if the damage is determined to be our responsibility, we will work with you to repair or replace the item. The company is not liable for any pre-existing damage or conditions.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All details provided by the client are used solely for the purpose of providing cleaning services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. 8. Changes to Terms of Service:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance and will be effective immediately upon posting.
